Until shown otherwise I'm sticking with my thought that the Bombers will be a team improved quite a bit this season, and also that it's going to take Cleo Lemon a few games to get a feel for how the northern game flows. In the second half of the teaser I'm just going against a pair of defenses that I see as middle of the pack, at best.
A teaser with these two games crosses several key numbers. That's not quite as important in the CFL as the NFL, but it's still something that's a good idea to watch.

This may be my last play of the week. I'm extremely tempted by both Calgary and Saskatchewan but the lack of line movement on two underdog teams that I think are pretty good is making me suspicious. (Who knows, I may end up playing one or both of those, depending upon how much scotch I have tonight during the Friday night game.)
I've also added a couple of new charts to the CleanupHitter site. These will track and display line and total movements during the week, including (most imporantly, in my opinion) the direction of the league average line and total. I don't think this is as important in the thinly-bet CFL as in other leagues, but if the automatic functions of the charts work as planned I'll be doing the same thing for the upcoming NFL season.
